Lookout has been my pest control company for over a year now since they acquired Guardian pest control. The transition was super smooth and no lapse in service. The techs have been informative and super polite. Lookout just did an encapsulation on my home and I could not be more impressed with the crew!! My crawl space is brutal, I know from experience. Great people to work with!!

They’re Great at everything they do! I think this is because of great leadership and a great company culture. I talked to a tech who said he loved the job. 1: Pest control techs are knowledgeable and professional. 2: They did a great job at our church treating mold and installing dehumidifiers in the crawlspace. 3: Also, I had them do fescue over my Bermuda that wouldn’t grow under the trees. They had my yard looking great and getting compliments from the neighbors.

Adam completed our annual property inspection and did an excellent job. He was courteous, professional, and thorough. Lookout Pest Control has cared for our two homes a total of 50 years. I highly recommend their services.
